Family Practice & Counseling Network
Family Practice and Counseling Network (FPCN) opened in 1992 with one small health center within the Abbottsford public housing development and has since grown and developed in response to need and demand by the communities served. FPCN is now comprised of four health centers in Philadelphia that serve more than 22,000 patients annually. A program of Resources for Human Development (RHD), FPCN is a federally qualified health center network that uses a nurse-managed, integrated model to deliver primary care, behavioral health, dental, and preventive care services.

Spectrum Health Services, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We have been serving the Philadelphia community for over 55 years. Our model of integrated care provides services for all life cycles and addresses the complexity of medical and social/economic issues facing the residents in the communities we serve. Our range of services include Primary Adult and Pediatric Care, OB-GYN, Dental, HIV and Hepatitis Care, Case Management, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, Weight Management, Podiatry, Care Coordination, Discount Pharmacy Services, COVID-19 Testing and COVID-19 Vaccination.
ChesPenn Health Services
At ChesPenn Health Services, we provide culturally and linguistically appropriate primary and preventative health care. We are a network of non-profit Federally Qualified Health Centers that has served the areas of the City of Chester for 48 years, the City of Coatesville for 16 years, and the Township of Upper Darby for 12 years by providing a trauma-informed approach to integrated health care.ChesPenn strives to exemplify our core values of compassion, teamwork, integrity, quality, and inclusion in our relationships with patients and the community.
