Education: Temple University, B.S. Neuroscience Stephanie Chen Compliance Manager RiteChoice Management Stephanie Chen always had a simple outlook on life. She has a passion to provide service to the community, whether it’s fulfilling her role as an EMT or helping Ms. Willow carry her grocery home. Having a balanced personality, she is a team player and a responsible soloist in her professional experiences. Graduating from Temple University, Steph wanted to supplement her academics in Neuroscience. In preparation for Nursing School, she became a pharmacy technician at RiteChoice while taking courses to become an EMT. Shortly, she was offered a chance to expand her knowledge in 340B Compliance at RiteChoice and has utilized the newfound knowledge since. 340B Compliance is a vital aspect of RiteChoice Pharmacy. It also became an important part of Steph’s life as it added purpose to her goals. Life takes people on strange adventures. Sometimes, people end up far from their initial journey. However, as Jim Rohn says “It is the set of the sails, not the direction of the wind that determines which way we will go.” Steph will continue to grow with RiteChoice and utilize her new skills to provide for the community she lives in and many more communities the company will later service.

Education: Temple University School of Pharmacy, PharmD. Adrian Accay Founder RiteChoice Management Adrian Accay is the founder and developer of 340B & FQHC integration for RiteChoice Pharmacy and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2020. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Adrian graduated from Temple University Pharmacy School in 2007 and has continued to innovate new ways of streamlining programs and providing quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to patients in his community ever since. Prior to opening the first RiteChoice Pharmacy location, Adrian worked as a pharmacist in both clinical and retail settings where he gained the fundamental experience and insight of pharmaceutical practices that needed improvement in both areas. Adrian saw the disconnect between primary care, patients, and the pharmacy and sought to create a system where all three could be integrated.  In 2013, Adrian established the first RiteChoice retail pharmacy location, and took an active role in building it from the ground up and leading his team as the Pharmacy Manager. In addition to these responsibilities, he also led the company at the executive level and developed systems of operations to standardize RiteChoice business practices. Wanting to do more and expand community outreach, Adrian secured the company’s first partnership with an FQHC in 2014 and established RiteChoice as the best choice for in-house 340B Pharmacy.  Through these partnerships, Adrian created an integrated system that streamlined communication between providers, patients, and the pharmacy. This system continues to effectively cultivate a relationship with Federally Qualified Health Centers and our Patients that promotes transparency, accessibility, education, and community.
